Be the voice of Altitude across our community and social channels. You will keep players informed, surface their feedback and help every update land well.

What you'll do
- Run day-to-day operations in our official community
- Write update notes, announcements and event posts
- Collect, organise and share player feedback with the development team
- Support moderation teams and help keep spaces safe and welcoming
- Work with creators on community events
What we're looking for
- Experience managing an online gaming community, ideally on Roblox or Discord
- Excellent written English and a clear, friendly tone
- Good judgement in heated or sensitive situations
- A genuine love for Roblox and its player culture
Nice to have
- Experience with community tooling and moderation bots
- Short-form video or social media skills
- Experience working with content creators
