Data Control

Your data is managed and controlled by us. If you wish to ask about our data protection practices, request your data or contact the Data Controller, please use the contact page and mention that your message is about privacy. We cannot provide you with legal advice or services.

What information do we collect?

Contact Form

If you use the contact form on this website we collect your name, the organisation or Roblox username you enter, your email address, the category you select and the message you write. Before your message reaches our team we send a verification link to the email address you entered, and your message is only delivered once you confirm it.

We process this data because we have your consent when you submit the form and we have a legitimate interest in processing it so we can verify your request and respond to you.

Careers Applications

If you apply for a role through the careers pages we collect the details you enter in the application form: your name, email address, Discord username, timezone, years of experience, your message, and any links you choose to share, such as a portfolio, CV or Roblox profile. We do not ask you to upload files.

We process this data because you have given us your consent by submitting the application and agreeing to the consent statement on the form, and because we have a legitimate interest in reviewing applications and contacting applicants about them.

Technical Information and Bot Protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real person. To do this it may process technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address. Our server also uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short period, and we do not store it as part of your message.

We process this data because we have a legitimate interest in keeping our website and forms secure and free of spam.

Analytics and Cookies

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not use cookies to track you. Your browser may store simple preferences, such as your chosen colour theme, on your own device.

Roblox and Our Game

Road to Glory: Football is played on Roblox and is governed by Roblox's own terms and privacy policy. This website does not receive your Roblox account details. Any information you share with us on Roblox or in our official community is handled by Roblox under its own policies.

Who can see your data?

Your data is visible only to us and to the service providers listed below that we need in order to run this website. We do not sell your data or give it to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone outside Altitude Interactive Studios unless we are required to by law or we have your permission to do so. We may also share your data with law enforcement authorities if your conduct is illegal, abusive or anti-social.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions and career applications for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry or application. After that we delete them, unless we are required to keep them for legal reasons. If you would like us to delete your data sooner, tell us through the contact page.

Security & Leaks

We make every effort to keep your data secure. Our infrastructure for handling data is limited, and the services involved in the forms on this website are:

  • Cloudflare for bot protection on our forms
  • Mailgun for sending verification emails and delivering messages and applications to our team
  • Our website hosting provider, which serves this website

If we ever become aware of a data leak affecting you, we will tell you and the relevant authorities where we are required to.

Data Transfer

Some of the services above operate across the world, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data.

SAR and Data Removal

You can file a Subject Access Request to see what data we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. For convenience please send these through the contact page and state which data you would like us to check. If your request is unreasonable, excessive or would put an adverse burden on our ability to deliver other services then we may charge you a reasonable fee.
